Why Choose US

Our vision for all client properties.

We take the time to thoroughly understand your land, including the unique light at different times of day, the surrounding views, and your vision for living in the space. This thoughtful approach ensures your home is genuinely connected and becomes an authentic part of its natural surroundings. As experienced acreage home builders trusted by Queensland residents, we recognize that great design is not about imposing predetermined ideas or generic solutions. Instead, we carefully craft homes that are natural, comfortable, and unmistakably yours from the moment you step inside.

The Penelope Homes Difference

Unlike many builders in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, we adopt a distinctive approach that places integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction at the center of every project.

We do not simply build houses and move on; we actively foster lasting relationships with our clients and create spaces that enhance daily life.

We are committed to adding a warm, personal touch to all our work. Our company dog, Paisley, is a valued presence on our projects and serves as a reminder that home should be a source of joy. We do not simply build houses and move on; we actively foster lasting relationships with our clients and create spaces that enhance daily life.
